Zowie

Zowie is the AI agent platform enterprises run in production — customer-facing agents that resolve refunds, claims and identity checks across voice, chat and email, for brands like Decathlon, InPost and Payoneer.

I joined for a two-week sprint and completely reimagined the website. The core of it was a design system built to outlive the sprint: one their GTM team could use to ship new pages and campaign sites on their own, and to produce marketing assets without coming back to design for every change.
